জালিয়াত তৃণমূলী 'চিত্রকর' শুভাপ্রসন্ন, সৌরভ গাঙ্গুলী কে অপদস্থ করতে নোংরা রাজনীতি করেছিল

ইডির মতোই শুভাপ্রসন্নর জবাবে সন্তুষ্ট নয় সিবিআইও প্রকাশ সিন্হা, এবিপি আনন্দ Tuesday, 14 October 2014  সুদীপ্ত সেনকে ‘এখন সময়’ চ্যানেলটি বিক্রি করে এখন সিবিআই ও ইডির জেরার মুখে তৃণমূল ঘনিষ্ঠ চিত্রশিল্পী শুভাপ্রসন্ন। মঙ্গলবার শুভাপ্রসন্নকে সাড়ে ৪ ঘণ্টা জেরা করে কেন্দ্রীয় গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার আধিকারিকরা। জেরা শেষে, সিজিও কমপ্লেক্স থেকে বেরনোর সময় তৃণমূল ঘনিষ্ঠ এই শিল্পী দাবি করেন, তাঁর জবাবে সিবিআই খুশি। যদিও, সিবিআই সূত্রে খবর, ইডির মতো তারাও শুভাপ্রসন্নর জবাবে সন্তুষ্ট নয়। গোয়েন্দা সূত্রে খবর,  বেশ কয়েকটি প্রশ্নের জবাব এড়িয়ে গিয়েছেন শুভাপ্রসন্ন। এমনকী, কিছু তথ্য তিনি সঠিক দেননি বলেও সন্দেহ সিবিআইয়ের। সূত্রের খবর, ইডির মতোই সিবিআই-ও জেরার জন্য ফের ডেকে পাঠাতে পারে শুভাপ্রসন্নকে। এ দিকে, ইডিকে দেওয়া শুভাপ্রসন্নর বয়ানেও একাধিক অসঙ্গতি ধরা পড়েছে বলে সূত্রের খবর। ‘এখন সময়’ চ্যানেলের মূল ধারক সংস্থা দেবকৃপা ব্যাপার লিমিটেডের ১৪ জন শেয়ার হোল্ডারের অন্যতম ছিলেন শুভাপ্রসন্ন ও তাঁর স্ত্রী শিপ্রা ভট্টাচার্য। যদিও, সংস্থার সবচেয়ে বেশি শেয়ার ছিল জনৈক সোমানি নামে এক ব্যক্তির কাছে। কিন্তু, ইডি সূত্রে খবর, শুভাপ্রসন্নর সঙ্গে সুদীপ্ত সেনের চুক্তিতে দেখা যাচ্ছে দ্বিতীয় পক্ষ হিসেবে নাম রয়েছে শুভাপ্রসন্ন, তাঁর স্ত্রী শিপ্রা ভট্টাচার্য এবং মেয়ে জোনাকি ভট্টাচার্যের। চুক্তিতে বলা হয়েছে, তৃতীয় পক্ষ অর্থাৎ সুদীপ্ত সেন দ্বিতীয় পক্ষকে সাড়ে ৩ কোটি টাকা দেবে। সংস্থাকে দেবে ৩ কোটি টাকা। আর এখানেই ইডির প্রশ্ন, শুভাপ্রসন্নর হাতে যখন সিংহভাগ শেয়ার ছিল না, তখন তিনি কী করে সুদীপ্ত সেনকে চ্যানেল বিক্রি করলেন? সূত্রের খবর, ইডি আধিকারিকরা শুভাপ্রসন্নকে জিজ্ঞাসা করেন, সংস্থার বোর্ড অব ডিরেক্টরসের কোনও বৈঠক কি হয়েছিল? সেই বৈঠকে কি তাঁকে চ্যানেল বিক্রির লিখিত এক্তিয়ার দেওয়া হয়েছিল? সূত্রের খবর, এই সংক্রান্ত কোনও নথি জমা দিতে পারেননি শুভাপ্রসন্ন। ইডি সূত্রে আরও জানা গিয়েছে, বোর্ড অব ডিরেক্টরসের কোনওদিন কোনও বৈঠকই হয়নি। এছাড়াও, ইডির জেরার মুখে শুভাপ্রসন্ন দাবি করেছেন,  তিনি সুদীপ্তর থেকে প্রাপ্ত অর্থের ৩ কোটি টাকা বাকি শেয়ার হোল্ডারদের দিয়েছিলেন। কিন্তু, সূত্রের খবর, জেরায় অন্য শেয়ার হোল্ডাররা জানিয়েছেন, তাঁরা যা টাকা পেয়েছেন, তা সুদীপ্ত সেনের কাছ থেকে। ফলে, ইডির প্রশ্ন, তাহলে ওই ৩ কোটি টাকা কোথায় গেল? তাহলে কি শুভাপ্রসন্ন মিথ্যা কথা বলছেন? তবে, শুভাপ্রসন্নর বক্তব্য ঘিরে অসঙ্গতির এখানেই শেষ নয়। দেখা যাচ্ছে তাঁর আর্ট অ্যাকাডেমিতে যাঁরা অনুদান দিয়েছেন, তাঁদের তালিকায় একটি নাম মোছা রয়েছে। এই নামটি কার? জোরাল হয়েছে সন্দেহ। সদুত্তর দিতে পারছেন না শুভাপ্রসন্ন নিজেও। তদন্তকারীদের একাংশের ধারণা, এই নামটি সুদীপ্ত সেনের হতে পারে। এই সব প্রশ্নের উত্তরই খুঁজছেন তাঁরা। আর এর ফলেই নানা মহলে প্রশ্ন, তাহলে কি শুধু রাজনীতিবিদই নন, বিদ্বজ্জনেদের একাংশের সাদা পোশাকেও সারদার কাদা লেগেছে? জালিয়াত তৃণমূলী 'চিত্রকর' শুভাপ্রসন্ন, সৌরভ গাঙ্গুলী কে অপদস্থ করতে নোংরা রাজনীতি করেছিল কিন্তু নিজেই তৃণমূল শাসনের সুযোগ নিয়ে জলাজমি ভরাট করে 'আর্টস একর' বনিয়েছে! তৃণমূল শাসনের ফায়দা নিয়ে বিভিন্ন শিল্পপতিদের ব্ল্যাকমেল করে বহু টাকা হাতিয়েছে! সুদীপ্ত সেন কে বিশাল টাকায় টি ভি চ্যানেল বিক্রী তার অন্যতম কুকীর্তি!  *************************** Politics of Sourav plot

The apolitical protest by residents against Sourav Ganguly’s proposed school in Salt Lake’s CA block took a Trinamul versus CPM turn on Tuesday with some urban mati and a famous manush in the turf tussle. Around 50 Trinamul leaders and NGO workers descended on the block around 7am and cried their lungs out into the microphone for over four hours to protest the former Team India skipper’s project — the decibel demon disrupting classes in two schools. Halfway through the protest, painter — and Mamata Banerjee ally — Shuvaprasanna turned up and urged Sourav to watch his step. “Sourav is Bengal’s pride but he is walking into the CPM’s trap by trying to set up a school in a residential area. He has got the plot cheap because of his close ties with urban development minister Asok Bhattacharya,” said the resident of Salt Lake’s BH 167. “The Trinamul is maligning Sourav only to further its selfish cause,” shot back the minister. As for the residents’ protest, he said: “I can’t figure out why they are against such a noble cause.” Sanjay Chatterjee, a relative of Sourav involved in the project, said late on Tuesday: “As of now, the project is on.” The CA Block Residents’ Association, opposing the project because Sourav’s proposed school will come up between two others, adding to the chaos and congestion, had made it clear that it would not allow politicians to hijack their spontaneous movement. But that did not deter a clutch of local Trinamul leaders and workers — none of them a resident of the block — from showing up at the protest venue, opposite CA 222, the plot earmarked for the school. Some leaders like Trinamul town committee president Sabyasachi Dutta claimed they had come not as party functionaries but as members of an NGO, Humanity. The tenor of their speeches, however, bore the stamp of a Trinamul poll campaign. “We have five councillors against the Left Front’s 18. The ratio will be reversed in the next poll,” asserted a protester, vowing to go to any length to ensure that Sourav abandons his dream project. Sunil Chowdhury, the secretary of the residents’ association, said: “Some residents might have gone there but our organisation had nothing to do with the protest.” Haryana Vidyamandir, 25 metres from the protest site, had a tough time holding its classes, because of the blaring loudspeakers. “Had we known about the meeting, we could have shifted the classes to rooms at the far end of the compound,” said principal Nandini Sen. Sumit Sengupta, the secretary of CA School, around 45 metres away, said: “Such protests should not be held near schools.” **************************** Sourav seeks relief from EC ambassador role Kolkata: After the controversy raised by the Trinamool Congress that his political affiliation was with the CPM and hence he could not be a brand ambassador of the Election Commission, former India captain Sourav Ganguly has cried off. "Sourav has written to the Election Commission seeking relief from the promo, and the commission giving respect to his emotions and sentiment, has decided not to carry the advertisement," DG (Information, Education and Communication) of the West Bengal Election Commission Akshay Routh told reporters here on Tuesday. "As there is a complaint by a major political party that he has political affiliation and cannot be an ambassador of the EC which resulted in a controversy, Sourav has expressed unhappiness and has requested the commission not to use him as brand ambassador," Routh said. The controversy arose when Urban Development Minister Ashok Bhattacharya of the CPM claimed Ganguly would campaign for him in the elections. The Trinqamool Congress also complained that Ganguly had previously worked as brand ambassadors for several government departments including the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation. A controversy was raised by Trinamool that Sourav Ganguly's political affiliation was with CPM. Routh said that the Election Commission had been happy earlier that Ganguly had agreed to be its icon to interest people to vote in the state assembly elections. "Sourav is not only an icon of the Election Commission, but is a national icon." Asked whether there was any difference of opinion between the Chief Electoral Office and the Election Commission on Ganguly's political affiliations, Routh said. "There is no difference of opinion. The state CEO and Election Commission are unanimous. We have found no proof of political involvement of Ganguly in the CD provided by the political party," He said, referring to the CD provided by the Trinamool Congress to the EC. "We have decided to withdraw Sourav only to give respect to Sourav's emotions. We can use him for a different purpose," Routh said. Ganguly fans, meanwhile, said that the decision was politically motivated and to defame him. "Sourav has contributed a lot to the promotion of cricket. This is indisputable. He also responded to an invitation by Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee to inaugurate a stadium in Behala recently," they said. Asked about Ganguly's replacement, Routh said there was percussionist Bikram, who has been chosen as brand ambassador for the EC. The EC has also decided to use the services of India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and former president A P J Abdul Kalam who were used in EC advertisements during the recent Jharkhand and Bihar elections, he said.
